We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

GFW products are developed with a deep understanding for your needs and delivered with the consideration you deserve! However, if you need to change the size or a different style, or simply you decide to return it, that is no problem. 

  •  We accept an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of goods, once the item has not been worn or used.​ All items must be carefully packed and returned unused and in a resalable condition with the original packing and tags still intact.
  • Please note it may take some time for card refunds to be processed depending on the type of card provider used.
  • In case you decide to return an item, please print and fill our returns form with all details and post it back to us with the item(s) you are returning - (download the Return Form from the bottom of the page)
  • Please, note, Ecco Shoes have to be returned to: Ecco Distributors DAC, Unit 8, Blarney Business Park, Blarney, Co. Cork
  • All other GreatFrowWork products have to be returned to : STN DISTRIBUTIONS LTD, 115 Lagan Road, Dublin Industrial Estate, Glasnevin, D11 E436, Co. Dublin
  • Please note: we strongly recommend using a traceable method (i.e. registered post) when returning goods to GreatForWork. Shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
